This service, which we offer, produces geometrically corrected ("orthorectified") images, such that the scale is uniform. These can then be imported into CAD programs as the base of a drawing for specifying works, or used to monitor change of structures

Using drones (with a fully licenced and insured operator) we take hundred of images of the property, along with images taken from ground level. We then post-process these to produce a 3D model, from which we export the orthophotographs.

It takes about 1/2 a day on site (more if it is a large or complex property) and then a further 2-3 days of post-processing to create the final images.
